The Institute For Addressing Strangulation will be hosting an online Knowledge Event on Tuesday 28 November 2023.
It will be a half-day event reflecting on IFAS’s work over the last 12 months whilst also looking at what the future holds.
In October 2022, following the introduction of strangulation and suffocation as a stand-alone offence (June 2022), the Home Office funded IFAS to increase awareness of strangulation amongst the public and professionals, conduct research, and create resources and guidance.
This Knowledge Event will showcase IFAS’s findings so far and highlight areas for further development.
Reserve your place now! The Knowledge Event will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and is £30 to attend. You can take a look at the programme below.
