FFLM publish joint standards documents for General Forensic Medicine and also Sexual Offences Medicine
Jennie Smith (UKAFN President) – “I am extremely excited about these documents, not only because they are the start of setting national standards in both fields for our speciality but also because they are badged, not only by the FFLM, but also by UKAFN.”
“This represents a huge step forward for the two organisations who have worked collaboratively on both, and a partnership which is set to continue with some new projects in the pipeline. UKAFN is representing Forensic nurses working within Custody and Sexual Assault at a National level and will continue to do so.”
