Types of Membership
There are two types of Membership available – Full and Associate. Membership cost £26.00 annually for Full membership or £16.00 annually for Associate membership.
Full membership is open to registered nurses & paramedics working within the field of forensic nursing as forensic nurse examiners, sexual assault nurses or examiners, police custody nurses presently forensically examining suspects or providing evidence in court.
Associate membership is open to individuals who have a genuine interest in forensic nursing and/or sexual assault victim care (e.g. Crisis Worker, Victim Advocate, A & E Forensic Link Nurse or similar). Some custody nurses might prefer Associate membership, at least initially.
Apply for membership in 3 stages :-
Stage 1 – Application form: Complete and send the application form online (below).
Stage 2 – Payment: Payment is made via PayPal, please do not worry if you do not have a PayPal account, you can complete payment securely, as a ‘Guest’. The blue link at the bottom of the membership application form will direct you to Paypal for you to make your payment for your membership. You will be reminded via email also. It is imperative that the PayPal payment is made and completed before your membership application can authorised.
Stage 3 – Membership confirmation: Once you have confirmed your email address. A standing order form for future annual payments will be forwarded to you together with your membership number and log on details.
Your application form will NOT be processed unless payment is received via PayPal.
